Mohawk Team Services (MTS) account coordinators’ responsibilities: 
  • Preparing proposals that include material quantity and installation requirements
  • Processing orders and tracking production and shipments
  • Preparing seam diagrams for the project
  • Coordinating deliveries with project managers, job site contacts, and the installing dealers
  • Working with installing dealers to ensure proper training
  • Providing reports to customers
  • Keeping everyone "in the loop"— customer, project manager, dealer, and Mohawk territory manager
