Mohawk Team Services (MTS) account coordinators’ responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals that include material quantity and installation requirements
- Processing orders and tracking production and shipments
- Preparing seam diagrams for the project
- Coordinating deliveries with project managers, job site contacts, and the installing dealers
- Working with installing dealers to ensure proper training
- Providing reports to customers
- Keeping everyone "in the loop"— customer, project manager, dealer, and Mohawk territory manager
